Consistent with the values of the organisation FMEDGE aims to treat its students, staff and stakeholders honestly, with integrity, respect and transparency when making decisions regarding matters that affect them.
The decisions made by management of the organisation need to be made consistently for transparency. The decisions need to be based on evidence for integrity and honesty. While the organisation has policies and procedures that describe when and how decisions are to be made and actions undertaken there are circumstances where alternate arrangements need to be made for fairness and support reasons.
This policy describes those circumstances where for compassionate or compelling reasons alternate courses of action may be taken by management to resolve issues or address policy decisions.
