CPP50511 Diploma of Property Services (Asset and Facility Management)

At FMedge the diploma of property services offers you an interactive learning experience set in the context of a simulated facilities management work environment.

On commencing the program you will progressively take on a number roles within the facilities management department of a hypothetical international hotel group.  Each subject area presents you with the opportunity to apply your new knowledge to achieve practical outcomes related to the subject area.

 

Duration

You have a total of 3 years to complete the Diploma, however, the expectation is that you will complete this in 18 – 20 months, based on a study commitment of 6 to 8 hours a week.
