This qualification reflects the roles of highly skilled senior managers who utilise a broad range of specialised knowledge and skills, together with experience in leadership and management across a range of enterprise and industry contexts. They have sound knowledge of industry operations autonomously and are responsible for strategic business management and strategic decisions.
This qualification would apply to individuals working in a variety of business contexts. This qualification provides a pathway to operate as Manager or Senior Manager within the industry.
Candidates have a total of 2 years to complete the Diploma however, based on a study commitment of 32-35 hours a week, candidates are able to complete this in 18 months..
FMedge has the following admission requirements to suit the delivery and assessment mode offered:
• Students are required to be competent in written and spoken English and will undertake a Language, Literacy, and Numeracy test prior
to commencing the training.
A possible training pathway for a student completing this qualification could be the following:
* Bachelor of Leadership and Management
These qualifications represent a logical pathway regardless of whether the RTO offers the qualifications.
After achieving the BSB61015 Advanced Diploma of Leadership and Management, candidates may pathway into a higher education pathway such as a Bachelor of Leadership and Management or Bachelor of Business.
‘Course Credits’ may be gained for further study on completion of this qualification.
