This qualification reflects the role of individuals who have a sound theoretical knowledge base in human resources management and demonstrate a range of managerial skills to ensure that human resources functions are effectively conducted in an organisation or business area. Typically they would have responsibility for the work of other staff.
This qualification would apply to individuals working in a variety of industry settings, planning on /currently directly responsible for providing Human resource advice and guidance.
You have a total of 2 years to complete the Diploma, however, based on a study commitment of 15 to 20 hours a week, candidates are able to complete this in 12 months.
There are no entry requirements for this qualification.
A possible training pathway for a student completing this qualification could be the following:
* BSB60915 Advanced Diploma of Management (Human Resources)
* BSB80315 Graduate Certificate in Leadership Diversity
These qualifications represent a logical pathway regardless of whether the RTO offers the qualifications.
After achieving the BSB50615 Diploma of Human Resources, candidates may pathway into an Advanced Diploma of Management (Human Resources (BSB60915) or other Advanced Diploma within an other industry area.
‘Course Credits’ may be gained for further study on completion of this qualification.
