This qualification reflects the role of individuals with substantial experience in a range of settings who are seeking to further develop their skills across a wide range of business functions. This qualification is also suited to the needs of individuals with little or no vocational experience, but who possess sound theoretical business skills and knowledge that they would like to develop in order to create further educational and employment opportunities.
This qualification would apply to individuals with various job titles including executive officers, program consultants and program coordinators.
Individuals in these roles may possess substantial experience in a range of settings, but seek to further develop their skills across a wide range of business functions.
Conversely, it may also apply to those with little or no vocational experience, but who possess sound theoretical business skills and knowledge that they would like to develop in order to create further educational and employment opportunities.
You have a total of 2 years to complete the Diploma, however, based on a study commitment of 15 to 20 hours a week, candidates are able to complete this in 12 months.
There are no entry requirements for this qualification.
A possible training pathway for a student completing this qualification could be the following:
* BSB60215 Advanced Diploma of Business
* BSB61015 Advanced Diploma of Leadership and Management
These qualifications represent a logical pathway regardless of whether the RTO offers the qualifications.
After achieving the BSB50215 Diploma of Business, candidates may pathway into a Graduate Diploma within the BSB Training Package and/or other industry area.
‘Course Credits’ may be gained for further study on completion of this qualification.
