With almost 30 years’ accounting and business experience, Joe Bagnato has assisted a large number of businesses both as a consultant and senior finance executive. Joe’s experience in a variety of industries has led him to develop not only a well-rounded and deep knowledge of accounting and business practices, but has also allowed led him to develop a number of business strategies aimed at simplifying complex scenarios and procedures for the benefit of organisations of all sizes.
Having been a Principal operating his own accounting firm, Joe has assisted hundreds of SME’s throughout Australia achieve their business goals. In recent times, Joe has been a member of both executive and senior finance teams and has been responsible for the management of Finance, Human Resources, Facilities Management and Shared Services functions. Joe has extensive experience in process re-engineering, systems improvements and implementations and project management. Joe has worked with numerous non and under-performing businesses and has been able to increase productivity, improve staff culture, reduce costs and increase profits.
Joe holds a Bachelor of Business, Graduate Diploma in Tax and is a Certified Practicing Accountant with a Certificate IV in Workplace Training and Assessment. With a passion for business and systems improvement, Joe is an energetic and informative trainer whose countless real-life examples make the learning process both more meaningful and fun. Joe has also written and developed numerous courses including Budgeting and Business Planning and Accounting for Non-Accountants.
